Today we’re talking with incoming Rabbinic student Cantor Marcello Gindlin, who has already earned some credits at AJRCA.

Q1) Where do you live?

I live in Malibu, CA

Q2) How did you first hear of AJRCA?

Many of my best friends and congregants have either studied at AJRCA or have been board members. In fact, my sister Mariana is an AJRCA Alumna.

Q3) What was it about AJRCA that drew you to enroll here?

I am impressed by the academic level and the schedule of classes.

Q4) What were you doing prior to enrolling?

I have been the full-time cantor at the Malibu Jewish Center & Synagogue since 2000

Q5) As you embark on this experience, what are you most excited about?

In the short time I have been a student at AJRCA I have enjoyed the wonderful supportive community. I am looking forward to continuing learning from my teachers and classmates.
