Q1) Where do you live?
Q2) How did you first hear of AJRCA?
Doing an internet search of the various cantorial school programs that have a virtual component.
Q3) What was it about AJRCA that drew you to enroll here?
As a member of CICA, I was already familiar with the school. I had wonderful experiences with faculty and other students in the courses I took. I like the fact that AJRCA is a comprehensive program that is recognized and confers a Masters Degree.
Q4) What were you doing prior to enrolling?
I am a full time teacher/professor of Human Anatomy and Physiology at the high school and college levels. I am also the cantor/spiritual leader of United Brothers Synagogue in Bristol, Rhode Island. I am also the Artistic Director of Shireinu, The Jewish Community Chorus of Temple Sinai.
Q5) As you embark on this experience, what are you most excited about?
I look forward to learning everything. I like the fact that the course offerings are so diverse and comprehensive covering all aspects of being a member of the Jewish clergy.
