4 Questions with…Our 2024 Graduates: Neal Daniel Cronin

With our 2024 Ordination-Graduation ceremony approaching, we are highlighting members of the graduating class. Click here to see all of the posts in this series.

Today we’re talking with Master of Jewish Studies Graduate Neal Daniel Cronin.

1) With the ceremony approaching, what emotions are you feeling?

I feel both exhilaration for achieving one of my goals and for my experience at AJR, and also relief that I’ve gotten through the challenges that go with this accomplishment.

2) What is one learning from your Academy experience that you will take with you after graduation?

It’s important to keep one’s eyes on their goals, as long as those goals have “integrity” and benefit others.

3) Is there anything you learned at AJRCA that truly surprised you?

One that stands out is the level of depth in Judaic concepts — it’s a never-ending journey!

4) If you could go back in time and tell your pre-AJRCA self one thing, what would that be?

I should have started pursuit of my rabbinate earlier!

Congratulations Neal!
